Manage Overview

The MANAGE section in SBX Connect provides tools to configure and maintain accounts, robots, sensors, users, and data imports across your organization. Access to these features varies by role and by your organization’s settings. You’ll see only the menus and actions available to you; some items may be view-only or restricted to administrators.

User role permission availability matrix

SBX Connect uses role-based access control (RBAC) and a hierarchical account tree. Within their assigned role, users can view and / or perform actions on their own account and its child accounts (sub-accounts). Access to parent or sibling accounts is not included.

The table below shows available permissions by user role.
