Robot Subscriptions


From Robots from the MANAGE section, you will be able to view all robots associated with your account and its child accounts. This includes serial numbers, model names, last connection date and time, and any subscribers allocated to each robot.

  1. In the Robots screen, you can review basic information in the list. For additional details, open the three-dot menu to the right of the relevant robot and select See Robots details.

  1. A modal window is utilized to present detailed information about the robot.

Name Description
Serial Number Serial number of a selected device
Robot Name The name given to that device. It can be used as a nickname or to indicate where it is used
Type

  • S50
  • S75

  • Omnie
  • Beetle
Hardware Version Hardware version code for the device
Software Version Software version code which is available on the device
Account The company account that the device belongs to
Location The location name that the device belongs to
Last Connection Time of the device's last connection to the internet
Activation Date The date when the robot was registered and activated
Subscription The number of subscriptions configured for the device

Edit Robot Name

You can change a robot’s name at any time. This is a name given to that device, and it can be used as a nickname or to indicate where it is used.

  1. Open the modal window following the steps above.
  2. Under Robot Name, select Edit.
  3. Enter the new name in the field, then select Save.


Download CSV Files

You can download CSV files from Robot management menu to click on Download Data.

Only columns with data are exported as CSV files.


Robot Subscriptions

You can add Robot Subscription to get a notification of robots such as cleaning start, cleaning completion, and alerts via SMS or WhatsApp.
