WhatsApp Notifications User Guide

We are introducing a new way to stay connected with your robots: WhatsApp Subscriptions.

With this update, you can now receive real-time robot alerts directly to your WhatsApp, making it easier than ever to stay informed during your shift.

Key Features

  • Easy Setup: Subscribe by selecting WhatsApp as your notification channel when adding a recipient.
  • Shift-Based Alerts: Start receiving notifications at the beginning of your shift by replying START.
  • Flexible Control: Stop receiving notifications any time by replying STOP.
  • Auto Unsubscribe: After 24 hours, subscriptions end automatically to keep your WhatsApp clear.
  • Quick Re-Subscribe: Simply reply START again to resume notifications.

How It Works


  • Add Subscription – Follow the following instructions first. → Subscriptions

  • Confirm Registration – Reply "YES" to confirm your subscription.


  • Start Receiving Alerts – At the beginning of your shift, reply "START".


  • Manage Notifications – Reply "STOP" at any time to pause alerts.


  • Re-Subscribe Easily – When your next shift begins, reply "START" again.
