Subscriptions

Use Subscriptions to receive mobile notifications from your robot devices, including cleaning start, cleaning completion, and alerts. You can add phone numbers and view or update existing subscriptions at any time. After registering a Subscription in SBX Connect, follow the instructions in the message sent to the phone number to opt in.

Add New Subscritpions

This screen is what you see when you first open Subscriptions.

EMEA Environment
  1. To add a new recipient, click Switch account. Then select the lowest-level account that is linked to active robots.


  1. Go to Subscriptions in the MANAGE section. In the top-right corner, select Add Subscriptions.


  1. From the screen, choose one of the following options.
    1. Existing User: Set up a Subscription for a registered user

      Select the registered user from the dropdown. If the user has not set a phone number, you can add it on this screen.

    2. New Recipient: Set up a Subscription by adding a phone number without registering a user.

      Follow the on-screen instructions to enter the Phone number and an optional Subscription name.

Existing User


Select Existing User and User name, then enter your Phone number and choose Notification Channel (SMS/WhatsApp). Click Next.

If you already added your phone number on Settings menu, you don't see Phone number field and Notification Channel option.

"(no Phone number)" and "Add Phone Number" shows that no phone number has been added for this User yet.


Select the devices to include in the Subscription. Click Next.


Select Alert types, then click Add Subscription.

Notice:

To start receiving WhatsApp Notifications, you need to send message to SBX Connect on WhatsApp.

New Recipient


Select New Recipient, then enter your Phone number and choose Notification Channel (SMS/WhatsApp). Click Next.

Select the devices to include in the Subscription. Click Next.

Select Alert types, then click Add Subscription.


Complete opt-in by following the instructions in the message sent to the specified phone number.

Opt-in / Opt-out / Help command is not case sensitive.

To start receiving WhatsApp Notifications, you need to send a message to SBX Connect on WhatsApp.

Edit Subscriptions

  1. To edit existing subscriptions, click Switch account. Then select the lowest-level account that is linked to active robots.
  2. Go to Subscriptions in the MANAGE section.
  3. Click the three-dot menu to the right of the subscription you want to edit, then select Edit Subscription.

  1. Edit the information in the window as needed, then select Save. Use the tabs at the top of the window to switch between editing the robots associated with the subscription and the alert types.


Delete Subscriptions

  1. To delete existing subscriptions, click Switch account. Then select the lowest-level account that is linked to active robots.
  2. Go to Subscriptions in the MANAGE section.
  3. Click the three-dot menu to the right of the subscription you want to edit, then select Delete subscription.
  4. Review the warning message, then select Delete.


See the list of Subscriptions

To see the list of Subscriptions added, open Subscriptions on MANAGE menu and you can see the list of Subscriptions already added.
