Why does the app show in English even after I set another language?

Some content—especially certain reports—is available in English only. When a translation is not available, the interface falls back to English.

What is localized

  • Most web UI screens (navigation, MANAGE-pages, settings)

English-only areas by design or current limits

  • Certain reports (generated and displayed in English regardless of your setting)
  • Some exports in CSV format and system emails
  • SMS and WhatsApp notifications
  • Occasional third‑party or technical terms that have no localized equivalent

How the app decides your language

  • Your personal preference (Settings > Language) takes priority.
  • If not supported, the app falls back to your organization default or to English.

What you can do

  • Make sure your profile language is set to one of the supported languages.
  • Reload the page after saving the setting; try a hard refresh or an incognito/private window.
  • If a non‑report screen appears in English unexpectedly, capture a screenshot and page URL and contact Support.
