Why does the app show in English even after I set another language?
Some content—especially certain reports—is available in English only. When a translation is not available, the interface falls back to English.
What is localized
- Most web UI screens (navigation, MANAGE-pages, settings)
English-only areas by design or current limits
- Certain reports (generated and displayed in English regardless of your setting)
- Some exports in CSV format and system emails
- SMS and WhatsApp notifications
- Occasional third‑party or technical terms that have no localized equivalent
How the app decides your language
- Your personal preference (Settings > Language) takes priority.
- If not supported, the app falls back to your organization default or to English.
What you can do
- Make sure your profile language is set to one of the supported languages.
- Reload the page after saving the setting; try a hard refresh or an incognito/private window.
- If a non‑report screen appears in English unexpectedly, capture a screenshot and page URL and contact Support.
