  • First name

Preferences

  • Time Zone: You can choose from any IANA time zone e.g. Europe/London, Asia/Tokyo.
  • Measurement Units: Imperial or Metric
  • Date format: mm/dd/yyyy, dd/mm/yyyy or yyyy/mm/dd
  • Language: English or French. We also support Japanese for APAC users.

Notification

  • Preferred notifications channel: WhatsApp or SMS

Passkey

You can configure and remove Passkey (→ Log in with a Passkey)

Some settings may not be reflected in the reporting. The reporting system is tailored to each customer, and as a result, certain configurations - such as language, unit systems, and others - may not be fully supported.

Modifying your email address is not allowed for security reasons. Kindly request your administrator who has a Fleet or Admin role to delete you from the system and send you a new invitation.


You can change user role on Users menu. Follow the instructions. → Change User role

Change your settings

Press the ^ button at the bottom-left of the screen, then choose Settings from the menu.


Switch Account

You can switch account to change your active account context without signing out. Choose one account from those you’re allowed to access, and the app will filter all reports and device-related data to that selected account. If the selected account has its own account-specific reports, you can view them as well.
