Settings
Personalize how the app displays language, dates and times, measurement units, and your profile. You can also reset all two-factor authentication (2FA) profiles to change your 2FA method.
What you can configure
Preferences: Time Zone, Measurement Units, Date Format, Language

Some settings may not be reflected in the reporting. The reporting system is tailored to each customer, and as a result, certain configurations - such as language, unit systems, and others - may not be fully supported.
Changing Your Email Address or Role
Modifications to your email address or role are not permitted on Settings page.
You can change role on Users menu. Follow the instructions. → Change User role
If you hold a Fleet or Admin role, you have the ability to invite your new profile (including the updated email address and/or desired role) and deactivate the old one independently.
If you do not possess these privileges, kindly request a user with Fleet or Admin access to send an invitation to your new profile and delete the old one.
Change your settings

Reset Account
The Reset Account feature deletes all of your user profiles, then sends you a new invitation email to rejoin. You can also select a different two‑factor authentication method.
If your region provides only a single 2FA method, you will not be able to change it even after an account reset.
You can reset account from Reset Account in Settings screen.

Click on Reset if everything is okay.

You’ll soon receive a new invitation email with a temporary password. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your initial setup.
By proceeding, you give consent to receive messages on the selected channel and understand the other channel will be turned off. Manage preferences anytime in Settings. You can re-enable a channel at any time.
