Can’t receive SMS two-factor authentication (2FA) codes

Most delivery issues are caused by your mobile carrier or personal filtering settings blocking the message.

Common causes

  • Carrier or customer-level SMS filtering/short-code blocking
  • Incorrect phone number or country code
  • Poor signal, roaming restrictions, or corporate mobile policies

If this happens during first-time login (security setup)

  • Select a different supported 2FA method (e.g., an authenticator app) to complete setup.

If this starts after your first login

  • Contact your organization administrator and ask for a user profile reset so you can re-enroll 2FA. This reset does not delete any robot or sensor data.
