Log in process
Initial Login Process
To access SBX Connect for the first time, follow these steps.
- Receive your invitation

After an administrator adds you as a user, an invitation email will be sent to your registered address.Check your inbox, including the spam or junk folder.Click the link in the email to open the sign-in page.

- Sign in with your temporary credentials
- On the sign-in page, enter your email address and the temporary password provided in the invitation email.
- Select Sign in.
- Set up security
- Create a new password that meets all of the following requirements:
- At least one lowercase letter.
- At least one uppercase letter.
- At least one number.
- At least 10 characters in total.
- At least one special character or space.
- No leading or trailing spaces.
- Set up two-factor authentication (2FA). You can choose among these methods (availability may vary by country/region and carrier):
- Authentication app: Use a Time-based One-Time Password (TOTP) code from an app such as Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator.
- SMS authentication: Receive a verification code by text message at a verified phone number.
- Email authentication: Receive a verification code at a verified email address.
- If you can’t receive SMS codes, try another method (Authenticator app or Email). Carrier filtering or short‑code restrictions may block delivery.
- Create a new password that meets all of the following requirements:
- Review and accept the terms
- Select the links on the screen to review the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. The documents open in a new tab or window.
- Check the box labeled “I agree to the Terms of Service and, where applicable, to the Data Transfer Agreements.”
- Check the box labeled “I agree to the Privacy Policy.”
- Select Accept to continue.
- Your temporary password will expire after 7 days.
- For security reasons, do not share your sign-in credentials with anyone.
- Contact your administrator if you encounter any issues during this process.
Once you complete these steps, sign in with your new credentials. You’ll land on the main dashboard, where you can start using the features available to your role.
How to Login
Follow the instructions and screenshots below to sign in.
- Enter your login information in the fields provided, then select “Sign in”.
- Enter the verification code from your chosen 2FA method in the field provided, then select “Sign in”.
- Verification codes have a built-in expiration time. If a code expires, request a new code and try again.
- Email and SMS codes: valid for 3 minutes from issuance. You can issue a new code by signing in again.
- Authenticator app codes: follow the app’s specification, typically rotating every 30-seconds.
- If you encounter this message, please check two boxes then click Accept.
- After a successful sign-in, you’ll land on your home screen (Overview).
