What user roles are available?
SBX Connect offers four user roles with different levels of access:
Fleet Manager
- Highest level of access within an account
- Can perform almost all operations, including account management
- Can create new child accounts under their assigned account
- Full control over users, devices, and data
Admin
- Same as Fleet Manager, except cannot create new accounts and edit some configurations on accounts
User
- Can only view data and perform limited actions within their assigned account
- Cannot manage users, accounts, or system settings
