Switch Account

Use Switch Account to change your active account context without signing out. Choose one account from those you’re allowed to access, and the app will filter all reports and device-related data to that selected account. If the selected account has its own account-specific reports, you can view them as well.

Key points

No logout / login required; switching is instant.
Only accounts you have permission to access appear in the list.
Your selection filters reports and device data to the chosen account.
Account-specific reports (where available) become visible for the selected account.
The selection stays in effect until you switch again.
Switching does not change your permissions or move data; it only changes the viewing context.

You’ll need access to more than one account for Switch Account to be available.

You can see your current set account in the lower left.

This shows the current account is "SBR EMEA TEST". So place the cursor over "Switch Account".

Choose an account you want to switch. *In this case, "SoftBank Robotics UAE" has been selected.

Now your account has been switched. All REPORT and MANAGE section pages show reports and data for that selected account.
