Can’t change my email address

For security reasons, email addresses cannot be edited. To use a new email, an administrator must send a new invitation to that address and then disable the old user. This ensures account integrity and prevents unauthorized takeover.

How to switch to a new email

  • Tell your organization administrator the new email address you want to use.
  • Admin sends a new invitation to the new address and assigns the same roles and scope.
  • Sign in with the new account and complete security setup (e.g., 2FA).
  • After you confirm access, the admin disables or removes the old email account.
