Release Note 25th August 2025

• Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) is now enabled and required for log-in via an emailed code for EMEA users. Users will receive a new temporary password via email and will then be prompted to set a new password and enable 2FA.
  • Note: for APAC users, 2FA via authentication app and SMS are enabled.
• Consolidated Switch Account filter added to allow users to filter all pages down to any account-level, including to individual locations.
• Converted Sites Robots Page to Individual Accounts & Robots pages so that users can better manage their account & fleet.
• Robot Naming has been restored via the new Robots tab to allow users to customize robot names.

• Robot Notification Service was upgraded to support upcoming enhancements.
  • Note: There is a new phone number, existing subscriptions will be migrated to the new number automatically. However operators must reply "Yes" to the message they will receive to opt back in. The same "Start" and "Stop" response functions are in place with this new number.
  • Note: Due to inbound SMS restrictions in Romania, users will not be required to send a "Start" and "Stop" response. Notifications will continue as normal.
