How can I change 2FA method?

For security and consistency, changing your two-factor authentication (2FA) method is only possible after you or an administrator resets your user profile. This clears your current 2FA enrollment and configuration so you can re-enroll with a different method. Your roles and robot/sensor data are not affected.

What the reset does

  • Removes all of your current configurations including your existing 2FA enrollment, excluding email address.
  • Does not delete your user account, roles, or any operational data (e.g., robots, sensors)

How to change your 2FA method

You can reset account from Reset Account in Settings section.

Fleet and Admin user can also reset your passwords.
