Why don’t my time zone, date format and measurement unit settings always apply?


The application utilizes your profile settings. However, some reports are generated in a fixed time zone (e.g., UTC), fixed units, and/or fixed date format by design. In such instances, your settings will not impact the display.


Configuration Details:

  • Most web UI screens (MANAGE pages)

Non-configurable Items:

  • Certain reports (displayed based on your organization's default)
  • Some exports in CSV format (date format is pre-configured)

Modifying Your Settings

  • Navigate to “Settings” to establish your time zone, date format, and measurement units.
  • If changes do not reflect on MANAGE pages, refresh the page after saving your modifications; consider a hard refresh or use an incognito/private window.
