I didn’t receive my invitation email

First, check your Spam/Junk folder. If you still can’t find it, contact your organization administrator to resend the invitation and confirm your email address.

Quick steps

  • Check Spam/Junk/Promotions/Other tabs and search your inbox for “invitation” or the sender address.
  • If found, mark as “Not spam” and add the sender to your allowlist/contacts.
  • If not found, ask your admin to:
    • Resend the invitation
    • Verify your email address (typos) and that the invite hasn’t expired
    • Allowlist the sending domain/address in company email filters
Corporate filters or carrier settings can delay or block emails.
If messages still don’t arrive, consider using an alternate email address approved by your organization.

  • EMEA region: "no-reply@emea.sbx-connect.com"
  • APAC region: "no-reply@apac.sbx-connect.com"
