Where is the data stored?

Your data storage location is tied to the service URL region you use.
  • EMEA region (https://emea.sbx-connect.com): stored in Frankfurt, Germany
  • APAC region (https://apac.sbx-connect.com): stored in Tokyo, Japan
If you’re unsure which region you’re using, check the service URL in your browser or ask your organization’s administrator.

About Subprocessors

We use sub-processors for certain features (e.g., SMS notifications). Primary storage locations remain as above.

For specific functions, a limited set of data or metadata may be processed or stored outside your primary region by a sub-processor. All such processing is covered by our Data Processing Agreement (DPA) and GDPR-compliant safeguards, including Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs), encryption, access controls, data minimization, and limited retention.
