SBX Connect interface overview
After you sign in, the SBX Connect interface provides access to reporting, management tools (accounts, robots, sensors, users), Help Centre resources, and personal settings. The sections and actions you see may vary based on your role, permissions, and subscription.


- REPORTING: View reports on cleaning quality, KPIs, and customer satisfaction in detail.
- MANAGE: Manage your accounts, robots, sensors, and users.
- Accounts: View the list of accounts and their details. and edit selected fields where permitted. In the APAC region, you can also create and delete accounts.
- Robots: View the list of robots and their details. You acn also edit robot name.
- Sensors: View sensors installed on each account, including serial number, location, and battery status.
- Data Import: Import csv data file per account. (APAC Only)
- Users: Add users, edit user information, and download user data.
- Subscriptions: Add phone numbers to receive notifications from robot devices and view existing subscriptions.
- RESOURCES: Links to SoftBank Robotics resources that help you use SBX Connect and your robots.
- Others: Select the ^ icon to update your personal details and preferences
- Switch Account: Switch to another account without signing out.
- Settings: Update your personal details and preferences including your name, job title, measurement units, language, time zone and date format.
Menus and features in the REPORTING and MANAGE sections vary based on your organization’s settings and the devices associated with your account. Some menus appear only when at least one eligible device is connected.
