SoftBank Robotics Corp. and its affiliates (“we”, “our”, or “us”) recognizes the importance of data protection for our customers (“you” or “your”) and has established this Privacy Policy to appropriately process the personal data that we collect from our customers in connection with the use of our service, “SoftBank Robotics Connect” and “SmartBX Connect” (the “Service”), in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (the “GDPR”), the UK General Data Protection Regulation (the “UK GDPR”), the Privacy Act 1988 of Australia (the “Privacy Act”), and other applicable data protection laws and regulations (collectively, the “Applicable Laws”).

- Account registration and profile information: information provided by customer employees when creating or managing an account for the Service, which may include company name, country or region, time zone, name, email address, job title, telephone number, and login credentials such as passwords or customer IDs.

- Location and sensor data: data generated by sensors or similar technologies, which may include time-stamped location information, movement patterns, device or tag identifiers, and related technical metadata (such as zone entry/exit times or the number of times a device entered a specific area).
