I cannot move past the Terms of Service agreement screen

If your network uses a proxy server, it may be blocking certain requests required to complete the Terms of Service acceptance process. This is a known issue where PATCH  requests are blocked by proxy or firewall configurations.

Please whitelist the following domains (or URL patterns) in your proxy server or network security settings:

<https://checklist.apac.sbx-connect.com/api/*>
<https://apac.sbx-connect.com/api/*>

Once these domains are whitelisted, retry the Terms of Service acceptance. If the issue persists, contact your network administrator to verify that PATCH  HTTP method requests to the above endpoints are permitted.
