Forms Management
It's available to see and manage forms on the Forms menu.
Add Form
To add any form, click on Add Form + in the upper right corner.
On this window, input the Form ID from the 2D code and select Account, then click Add.
Now the form has been added, then click on the form to add Task Location.
Click Add Task Location.
Select Location from the drop-down menu on the right or directly enter the Location name into the box on the left, then click Add.
Now Tasks Locations has been assigned.
Filter Form
It's available to filter forms by Account by clicking the "Account" field and choose Account.
Delete Form
To delete a form, click on the form you want to delete.
Even after deleting Forms on the Checklist App, the Form itself remains stored in the system.
Click on the Recycle bin/Trash can icon.
Click on the "Unlink" button, and the form is now deleted (Unlinked).
Scan 2D Code
To answer each form, click on the following buttons to download the 2D Code and scan it.
①...ALL 2D Codes will be downloaded at once.
②...You can download each 2D code one by one.
Now the downloaded 2D code is shown just like this picture, so scan it by your phone.
This is a form example (mostly there's no picture on a form unlike this), answer each option then click on "OK".
